What are your goals? Andy Brumbaugh (through his company, Andy, LLC) caters his development programs specifically for each driver. Every driver has a different goal and it is Andy’s job to make those dreams a reality.

Andy has worked with people in all ranges of their driving career from the person who is just taking their car on track for the first time to the drivers that are looking at making a name for themselves in professional racing. What makes Andy stand out from other coaches is his ability to understand that driving fast is much more in depth than just what you do on the racetrack. How a driver prepares mentally and physically for an event plus their psyche during an event play a large role in a driver’s success or failure. In addition to working on “going faster” Andy also develops a drivers race craft and helps prepare a strategy for their event.

The coaching does not stop away from the race track. Constant communication to keep his clients focused on their long term goals and tips for events Andy doesn’t attend is also part of the value that Andy brings to his clients. Data analysis and car setup are also important factors that Andy adds to make sure the client is maximizing their time. Andy often (but not always) drives his client’s cars to help with setup and give a datum lap to compare to. Right seat instruction can be a great way for a driver to learn more by having instant feedback while on track.

Andy understands that everyone has a budget for their hobby or career. While the services are not free Andy does everything possible to make sure that the time is effective and valuable. There is so much required to be successful in racing, Andy understands that all of the pieces of the puzzle have to be in place in order to achieve great results.
